SECOND.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION .-

FOUR.- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF OUTLET MOTORCYCLE .-

In this case, OUTLET MOTO will take reasonable actions so that the CONTRACTING PARTY can contact the manufacturer of the product in order to find the best solution in each specific case, without OUTLET MOTO being obliged to obtain any concrete result.
FIFTH.- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTY .-
5.1. Payment.- The CONTRACTOR agrees to pay in advance the amount for the product actually requested in the following amount and form:
5.1.1.
